I have hired Santiago for three or four jobs so far for my two-family home, including both interior carpentry and exterior deck and roofing work. He is honest and reliable, and offers a low price for his high-quality work (and sticks with it)! If you need any changes, he will discuss them with you before doing any extra work. If there are problems after the fact, he will come back and take care of it. He takes obvious pride in his work. I would definitely hire him again.
